How does it work?
When you sign up to become a panelist, you will receive a Panelist ID number and a PIN number that you’ll use with our Automated Recruiting System to qualify and schedule yourself for tests. Depending on the test type, this could occur in our facility or even in your own home!

Can anyone become a panelist?
Individuals ages 4-65, with no food or latex allergies are eligible.

What’s in it for me?
We pay a minimum of $20 for testing. Payment depends on the length and complexity of the test you participate in. As a token of our appreciation, you will withdraw money from the ATM conveniently located in our lobby immediately upon completion of your test. Children under the age of 19 are compensated by gift card.

Then what?
We test Monday through Friday. The majority of our testing is between 10:00 A.M and 3:00 P.M.; though we occasionally do early morning or evening tests. We also do Take Home tests, where you pick up a product from our facility between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., prepare the product in your home and return the paperwork to our facility on a designated date and time. When we have taste test for kids, it is either in the evening after school or during school breaks. Once you start receiving calls, you are never obligated to participate in a test. However, we do ask that you show up when you are scheduled for a test.

What’s it all for anyway?
Your opinions and comments may be used to improve the quality of existing products on the market, or even to launch new products.
